We are thrilled to announce that applications for the 2025-2026 Mona Lisa Scholarship will officially open at the 2025 Renaissance Women's Summit on February 20, 2025. This life-changing scholarship will be awarded on April 20, 2025, providing one exceptional woman entrepreneur with the resources, mentorship, and funding needed to elevate her business, scale her dreams, and achieve her goals in 2025 and beyond.

About the Mona Lisa Scholarship:
Established in 2021, the Mona Lisa Scholarship is more than just financial support—it’s an empowerment program designed to fuel the growth of women entrepreneurs. The recipient, honored as "The Mona Lisa," will gain exclusive access to invaluable resources:
Monthly Mentorship – Work closely with our board of diverse, successful women entrepreneurs and leaders through monthly mentorship sessions tailored to your business needs.
Quarterly Marketing Strategy – Receive expert social media strategy sessions and marketing guidance from Renaissance Marketing Group, one of Nashville’s leading social media agencies representing top business owners and entrepreneurs.
Grant Funding – Receive a grant check, with contributions matched by our mentors, community supporters, and Renaissance Marketing Group.
Comprehensive Business Guidance – Our dedicated team and community of mentors will support you in all areas of business—finance, operations, leadership, marketing, sales, and beyond—to help you scale and thrivein 2025 and beyond.
To Qualify as an Applicant, you must:

Reside in Middle Tennessee
2.
Have an established business operating for at least one year, with the ability to provide basic financials demonstrating growth and potential.
3.
Be passionate and driven about your dreams and your business

Be ready to learn and grow!
Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking a driven, ambitious woman entrepreneur who embodies the spirit of a Renaissance Woman. The ideal candidate will:
Be a passionate and committed entrepreneur ready to take her business to the next level.
Have an established business operating for at least one year, with the ability to provide basic financials demonstrating growth and potential.
Possess a clear vision and direction for her business’s future.
Articulate how the Mona Lisa Scholarship will significantly impact her business goals for 2025 and beyond.
Live and operate her business in Nashville or the surrounding Middle Tennessee area.
Be willing to share her story of "WHY" she started her business, demonstrating passion, purpose, and resilience.
Be able to express why she deserves this opportunity, showcasing her dedication, impact, and potential for growth.

How Does The Selection Process Work?
Our team, along with our Mona Lisa Mentors, conducts a thorough and thoughtful evaluation of all submitted applications and nominations. Through an internal review process, we carefully assess each candidate’s entrepreneurial journey, business potential, and alignment with our mission. The Mona Lisa Scholarship is awarded to the woman whom we believe will benefit most from our mentorship, resources, and grant funding—ensuring that our support has the greatest possible impact on her business and long-term success.
We will be announcing the 2025/2026 Mona Lisa recipient on April 20, 2025!
